Connecting Radar with eConnect

Connect Radar via Quick Connect. Enable eConnect sending and UBL attachment per contact.

With Radar, you send in 2026 sales invoices via eConnect. The integration is configured via the eVerbinding settings in Radar and uses Quick Connect, making the setup possible in just a few minutes. Per contact, you can enable e-invoicing, with the UBL file automatically attached to each invoice.

Before you start
  • An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
  • Administrator access to your Radar environment
  • Your eConnect connection keys (Klant key and Klant geheim)
Setting up the integration
Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Creating connection keys.

Step 2: Configuration in Radar
  1. Open Radar and go to Beheer > Instellingen.

  1. Click eVerbinding in the left menu.
  2. Check eVerbinding koppeling actief.
  3. Enter the Klant key and Klant geheim. Click Snel Verbinden to activate the connection.

After connecting, the keys and Company ID are automatically filled in.

Step 3: Configure per contact

Per contact, configure that invoices are sent electronically via eConnect:

  1. Open the contact card and go to the Instellingen tab.
  2. Check Elektronisch Factureren.
  3. Check UBL bestand meesturen.
  4. Verify that eVerbinding koppeling actief is checked and fill in the Company ID.

Sending invoices

After the integration, sending per contact is automatic:

  1. Create a sales invoice in Radar for a contact with electronic invoicing enabled.
  2. Upon finalizing, the invoice is automatically sent with UBL file to eConnect.
  3. eConnect sends the invoice via Peppol to the recipient.
  4. The delivery status is visible in your eConnect Outbox.

Tip: You can decide per contact whether invoices are sent via eConnect. This allows you to gradually transition to e-invoicing by enabling more contacts over time.
